We are the manufacturer and factory owner, not a trading company or intermediary. We control production directly, hold the supplier relationships, and manage quality in person at the factory. With more than 40 years of manufacturing experience and annual capacity above 110 million bags, we combine the scale international retailers need with full transparency and traceability from raw material to delivery.

Woven polypropylene (PP), non-woven PP, recycled PP and rPET, natural and recycled cotton, and jute. We help you match the material to the use case: heavy-duty retail carriers, lightweight promotional giveaways, premium cotton totes, or natural jute for eco-focused activations.

MOQ depends on the material and construction and typically starts around 3,000 to 5,000 units per design for custom orders. Larger runs lower the unit cost. Send us your specification and target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ and pricing.

Custom samples usually take 2 to 3 weeks, including revisions and quality validation. We build samples to your exact specification so you can approve materials, dimensions, print and finish before committing to production.

After sample approval, production typically runs 6 to 8 weeks, followed by 6 to 8 weeks of sea freight depending on destination, roughly 16 to 18 weeks end to end. Air freight is available for urgent orders. We give realistic timelines up front and flag any change as early as possible.

Full-surface and spot printing, up to full Pantone colour matching, plus screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery on cotton and jute. Handles, gussets, laminations, zip closures, internal pockets and custom woven or printed labels can all be specified.

Quality is checked at three stages. Before production we confirm specifications, materials and approved samples. During production our staff run in-line inspections at the factory. After production, every batch passes a pre-shipment inspection covering measurements, stitching, print registration, load testing and packaging, with photo documentation provided before goods ship. Partner factories are independently audited for quality and social compliance.

Yes. We prioritise recycled and responsibly sourced materials, including 100% recycled woven PP, rPET and recycled cotton. Factory partners are audited against CSR and ethical-production standards, and we can supply material certificates and audit references on request.

We do not promise fixed prices or guaranteed deadlines. Material costs, complexity and freight conditions genuinely vary. What we commit to is a detailed written quote, a realistic schedule, and transparent communication if anything changes.
