1) Initial Consultation
Discuss your requirements, specifications, materials, design, and intended use. We provide transparent guidance on production timelines and realistic expectations.
2) Sampling Phase
We create and test samples to your exact specifications. Sampling typically requires 2–3 weeks including revisions and quality validation.
3) Production Planning
Once samples are approved, we schedule full production runs. Planning includes material sourcing, factory allocation, and QC protocol setup.
4) Manufacturing
Full-scale production with continuous quality monitoring. Production runs typically require 6–8 weeks with documented quality checkpoints throughout.
5) Quality Assurance
Final batch inspection, performance testing, and documentation compilation. All bags meet agreed specifications before shipment authorization.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Secure packaging and logistics coordination. Shipping typically requires 6–8 weeks depending on destination. You receive full tracking and documentation.
